All of our lawn care packages offer:

How it Works?

All of our charges are on a per cut basis. You simply pay as you go. There are no contracts required, and you may cancel at anytime. All of our billing and payment is done online saving time, effort and the needless paperwork.

How We Charge?

We base our price on the size of your lot in square feet, before improvements. We utilize the information provided on the County Assessor’s website to make that determination. Simply look up your lot size, and reference our rates & plans. Pick your service plan and billing option, and click the button to make a secure payment through PayPal. Just remember to make sure the property address you intend to have us service is identified in the “Note to seller” area of your payment. That way, we know where to go.

Note: You may be required to have or create a PayPal Account to use our service.

Determining Your Lot Size

If you don’t know your lot size visit the Pinellas County Appraiser’s Office website. Once there, you need to elect to Search Our Database from the menu options. You may find your home either through Owner's Name or Property Address. Once on the property information page, look under the section entitled "Land Information" and then in the subcategory, "Land Size". Simply multiply the dimensions and arrive at your square footage. Then search our rates & plans to find the appropriate size and charge for your property.
